North Haven High School varsity football played their last regular season home game of the year on senior night and defeated the Foran Lions to continue their quest for a second consecutive trip to the state playoffs. Because of the immense amount talent in the State's Class L Division, the Indans would have to win their last two games and get some help to qualify.

In yearly scrimmage, footballers fundraise for Special Olympics

For the past seven years, the North Haven High School (NHHS) football team has held the Maroon and White Inter-Squad Scrimmage, a football game which puts current teammates against one another. In 2011, the annual event’s focus will expand beyond friendly competition, as it also becomes a fundraiser.
